Marc de Montrichard

Marc has been implementing change initiatives in the oil and gas and communications manufacturing sectors for over 20 years. In that time he has acquired demonstrated expertise in performance management, Six Sigma process optimisation, Enterprise, Agile and Continuous Improvement coaching.

With an Engineering, Quality Management and Agile telecommunication product development background at Motorola Inc., Marc has delivered enduring value through leading implementation projects in North America, Asia, and the Caribbean.

Marc has developed trust with clients by marrying his technical expertise with his ability to engage, involve and explore practical solutions to the problems that matter for clients.

Sean Hinkson

Sean is an Agile implementation specialist with 20 years professional services experience. He focuses on transformational change using Lean-Agile frameworks to deliver improvements in results while building client capability to sustain and improve the new levels of performance.​

Sean has worked throughout North America, the Caribbean and South America for major private and public sector clients with sector experience in oil and gas, petrochemicals, financial services and manufacturing.​

Sean believes that people do the best they believe possible in a given situation. He enjoys working with clients to help them reframe and then exceed self-limiting beliefs of what’s possible.
